LoVOC & AET

NPS LoVOC technology provides UV curable polymers with highly tailorable properties that have zero or very low VOC on curing, low shrinkage and which are 100% solids. These materials enable the priming and coating of low energy surfaces in industries such as automotive, coatings, flooring, fire retardant clothing, gaskets, packaging and webbings.

NPS Aqueous Encapsulation Technology enables the micro encapsulation of water based materials for immediate release or slow release including encapsulation of strong acids, adhesives, biocides, bleaches / cleaning fluids, colours and scents.

HARMAN technology Limited and NPS are working in conjunction to produce a safe and effective way of delivering biocides (Silver Halide) to a required source, by means of micro encapsulation.
 
This process keeps the active secure until they are required and then released at source, therefore being more effective.
 
There has also been a venture to encapsulate Boric acid, which is used as a curing medium.
